Welcome to Doc Martin Online dot Net! The site that will become the ultimate reference point for all things Doc Martin related. Now that season 5 is over, we look forward to season 6 (and beyond)! In the meantime the plan is to get the site fully functional with completed pages, interviews and all the latest goss from the Doc Martin cast and crew. DOC MARTINITIS

The condition suffered by fans of ‘Doc Martin’, and will often, but not necessarily, cause a need for new and more content.  There are two types: 

Acute – A milder form usually treated with episode watching, news reading and/or fan interaction.

Chronic – The severe form of the illness, only managed by trips to Cornwall, campaigning for a season 6 and support groups such as Doc Martin Online.  

Symptoms:  The innate desire to see anything related to Doc Martin.  Irrational fan behaviour can also present in severe cases.

Causes: Mild to severe infatuation with the television series. And the inability to view new content of said series (this in turn may prolong successful recovery).  

Cures:  See ‘Therapy’

Doc Martin Season/Series 6 has been commissioned - 
Martin Clunes has confirmed that filming will take place and the next series will air in the UK in 2013!

Doc Martin Season 5 has finished airing in the UK, Australia and Canada. Series / Season 5 will begin airing in the USA on PBS on March 2012 (dates vary depending upon region).  Please check out: American Public Television for local times.
