Port Isaac local, Barbara Hawkins, owns and runs the Port Isaac Pottery with her husband Bill. Barbara is a local artist in Port Isaac, and involves her entire family in the business - each member contributing a different artistic skill to the mix which now includes pottery, art, ceramics, baby clothing and photography. In 2014, Barbara also opened up the Chapel Cafe alongside the Pottery.

The Pottery is located on Roscarrock Hill (just a few houses away from Doc Martin’s surgery!) and is in a beautifully restored 19th century Methodist chapel. The building alone, is well worth a check out, and many say they serve the best coffee in town!
